Island Murter - Tisno - Betina - Jezera

Island Murter is a main and outset harbour for cruising Kornati islands, with numerous marinas, moorings, and nautical infrastructure. It is inevitable point as for those who come with their own ships, so for those who intend to rent it.
Island Murter is 12 kilometres long, and approximately 2 kilometres wide, connected with the mainland by a bridge in the place called Tisno. There are few hotels on the island, camps, numerous restaurants, taverns and a quality private accommodation. An excuisite road connects all the places of the island, beaches as well, and helps in moving fast without the need to stay in the same place all the time of holidays.

Tisno is the first place on the Murter island and partially is placed on the island, with another part on the mainland. Tisno has got an interesting old part of the village with stone houses, narrow streets and a few taverns and well protected moorings for the boats and yachts. Numerous beaches spreading along the coast and the island are mainly sand or rocky.

Jezera is located on the southern part of the island with the biggest marina on the island, and if the island is marked with the nautical tourism, Jezera are in maximum. There are few very good restaurants.

Betina and place Murter are situated on a northern part of the island and nearly make a unique part. In the past well known fishermen's places, known shipyards, today are "irremisible" marina's, characterized with a good level of tourist infrastructure that will please demands of more demanding guests. During your stay on the island of Murter it is obligatory even to those non-nautic people, to make at least one day cruise with tourist boats or fishing boats in the Kornati archipelago.
